Training in Management and Business Strategy leads to the professions of: Director of Human Resources; recruitment manager, training manager, mobility and career manager, HR assistant in charge of health and quality of life at work, etc.
Whatever these professions, it is a question in a context of globalization, of mastering the complexity of the articulation between, the strategy of the companies and the missions of the HR function, on the one hand, and on the other hand, between the interests of the various stakeholders, executives, managers, employees, with a view to sustainable performance.
As a future manager, it is a question of knowing how to adapt to complex social and economic contexts in order to initiate proposals for action; Appreciate the risks inherent in the job of managing people and teams, both in terms of physical and psychological health; Be a referent at the level of the organization or a group, in terms of recruitment, training, skills management, career, health and quality of life at work and CSR corporate social responsibility; Organize and develop the HR function by formalizing procedures, developing participatory methods and creating measurement indicators.
